First and foremost THANK YOU!!! The fact that you are taking the time to even look at my website means the WORLD to me!!  

I guess I should tell you a little bit about myself, right? 

I am a Captain in the United States Army and I grew up in South Carolina.  I went to Ball Statue University and graduated with a degree in Health Science.  I wanted to pursue acting in college but in my family the whole "go to college and get a job" stigma was big.  However, I still did plays and student films for fun because its something I love to do.  

   The word "acting" makes the craft sound so "industrialized" doesn't it?  In reality when you go through training and classes, they teach you NOT to act.  It's funny because it's called Acting but you shouldn't act you should just BE (ok enough of that short tangent lol) I don’t really look at it as acting.  To me it is kind of like being in an alternate universe ( If you're a Marvel or Dragonball Z fan then you get it) and whatever role you’re taking on is "you" in that alternate universe.  The best part about this craft is being able to bring someone's story to life.  Whether fiction or non-fiction I love being able to tell someone else’s story.  As kids we play pretend all the time, this just gives us a chance to bring back that passion and innocence while developing those childlike attributes into skills.  

   During my time in the military (Well I'm still in, going on 13 years...sheesh) I have learned quite a bit about tenacity, discipline, hard work, and self-motivation. There is saying that I developed, and it goes hand in hand with my career as an Actor. "Let the scars from your battles in the War to accomplish your dreams be a reminder that anything worth having is worth fighting for."
